This is to help busy, mentally loaded people shift from “doing mode” to “being mode”. To create calm without isolation (resting with others, not alone). To offer depth without heaviness (no therapy, no preaching). To leave participants regulated, lighter, and socially nourished.
The session begins with gentle breathing and light movements to release tension.
-Downshift the nervous system (from alert/overstimulated → relaxed)

-Anchor attention in hands, breath, and present moment
-Creating conscious art
